How to save money when planning your EVENT

There are many factors that affect your event specifically when you are preparing it. Sometime we are not aware that we have already given enough money and never realize that we could have save a lot after the event. Here are some tips to consider and may help in your event planning.

1. Consider the date of your EVENT ? why because we all know for that prices go up; an example of this if we want to have our wedding event on June. May couple want to wed in June or a specific date that we think is very luck for each individual like Christmas and other events.

So if you think you can move the event do so and consider that it is not a peak season.

2. Try to plan the EVENT, make sure that you have money for such an event.
3. Find some give away for the event in divisoria's, greenhills and a like so that you can save more money.

4. Do not do an EVENT if you do not have enough money be pratical.

5. Consider your guest and make sure they correspond to your RSVP so that you will know who will attend the EVENT at least if some will not attend you have at least save a little money.
6. Try to plan your event at least 6 months so that you make changes not one week before the EVENT.
7. Do get the "high paid" services ex photographers there many good and quality and cheaper personnel that can attend to that... consider that you will get the same services that this "high paid" (well know) personnel can do.
8. If you can celebrate your event the simplest possible and cheaper but has good quality and you will enjoy the event do so.
